Protect workplace information

Use fictional examples or remove personal, incident and company-confidential information from screenshots and attachments. Do not send identifiable incident records or sensitive health information unless needed and appropriate sharing arrangements have been agreed.

Files and saved records

For an import problem, tell us whether the safety data sheet is a searchable PDF or an image scan. For an export problem, identify the report format, destination and any message shown.

Avoid deleting the app as a first troubleshooting step: deleting it removes its local data. Export or otherwise preserve records you need before removing the app.
