Help us understand the problem
When you contact us, please include:
- The app version and build number, if available.
- Your iPhone or iPad model and iOS or iPadOS version.
- Whether you installed the app through the App Store or TestFlight.
- The module, model or screen you were using.
- The steps that led to the problem, what you expected and what happened instead.
- A screenshot, if it helps explain the issue.
Please remove personal or patient information from screenshots, saved projects and attachments before sending them.
Quick help
The app is unresponsive or closes unexpectedly
Close and reopen the app, then check for an available app update. If the issue continues, restart your device and send us the steps that trigger it.
Avoid deleting the app as a first troubleshooting step: saved projects are stored locally and may be lost when the app is deleted.
I cannot find a saved project
Check Saved Projects and confirm that the model supports saving. Projects are stored on the device where you saved them; do not assume they will appear automatically on another device.
If a project is missing, tell us which model it belongs to and what happened before it disappeared.
I cannot save or share an export
Check that your device has enough free storage and that the destination app or folder is available. If saving an image to Photos fails, check the app’s Photos permission in device settings.
Tell us which export option you used and any message shown on screen.
A model result looks unexpected
Check the input values, units, selected scenario and the model’s explanations or references. Where available, compare the result with the default settings after saving any work you want to keep.
If something still looks wrong, send the model name, inputs and result. A reference explaining the expected behaviour is helpful.
I am testing with TestFlight
Check TestFlight for an available build. You can report beta issues through TestFlight feedback or email us at the address above. Include the build number so we can identify the version you tested.
Questions, corrections and suggestions
We welcome feedback about explanations, model behaviour, accessibility and translations. Include the relevant screen or module and, for a translation issue, the language you selected.
Integrated Physiology is an educational simulation app. Its models are for learning and exploration, not diagnosis, treatment planning or patient-specific decisions.
